Each LAB combines riding drills, track programming, and real-time feedback to help riders grow into confident leaders in the studio.

The FOUNDATIONS LAB is a 3-week small-group training program designed to build the core skills of strong spin instructors and riders.
We focus on:
riding technique
musicality and beat matching
track programming
cueing and coaching
confidence on the bike & podium
FOUNDATIONS LABs are limited to a small number of riders to ensure personalized feedback and hands-on coaching.

Each FOUNDATIONS LAB is a complete program.
Each one includes the same training curriculum, so you do not need to complete previous LABs before joining.

After completing FOUNDATIONS, riders can continue developing through:
ADVANCED LABs (deeper programming and coaching development)
1:1 COACHING sessions for personalized feedback and growth
These opportunities help riders continue refining their skills as riders & instructors.
